orriq × Murley Auto
Intro01 / 24
For Murley Auto · Warwick & Stratford · 11 September 2026

A website that sells cars,
not a platform that rents you one.

Rather than describe what we would build, we built it from what is public: your stock, your model range, a monthly figure on every car, online service booking and the EV calculator you have already seen, on a staging site you can click through today.

Intro · who you are talking to

Orriq. Built by operators, not account managers.

Orriq builds and runs websites, CRMs, apps, automation and AI for UK businesses. Over ninety sites on our own servers, seven bespoke operating platforms live, and a made-to-measure storefront with a quote builder and three payment routes in production for a Walsall manufacturer.

What we do

Everything a dealer runs on, from one team.

We build the website, run the hosting, wire the CRM, put the apps in the field and answer the phone with AI. One team, one number, and you own all of it.

WebsitesHosting & careCRMBespoke platformsAutomationAppsAI & voiceSEO, ads & tracking
  • The two people in this meeting build it. No account manager, no hand-off.
  • A staging link every Friday, not a status report.
  • Code, domain and data in your name from day one.
  • Flat monthly plans. Never per seat, never per feature.
How we do it · the Orriq method
Observe
Watch how you actually sell

Showroom, phones, stock, follow-up. Not how the brochure says it works.

Reveal
Find the leaks

Missed calls, thin model pages, cars without photos, enquiries with no owner.

Refine
Design the fix before writing code

For Murley we went further and built the site first, so the fix is something you can click.

Integrate
Wire it into the business

Stock feed, finance, workshop diaries, phone lines, CRM, ad tracking.

Quality
Prove it, then hand it over

Every URL crawled, every form tested, heatmaps live, and the keys in your name.

Before we show you anything

Four questions.
Then we’ll show you the answer.

We would rather spend the first five minutes on how Murley actually sells cars than on our slides. Tap what applies; we will come back to it.

01

Where the current site lets you down

02

How enquiries reach you, and what happens after 6pm

03

What worries you about the quote on the table

04

What a win looks like in 90 days

Question 01 of 04 · the website

Where does murleyauto.co.uk let you down today?

Question 02 of 04 · enquiries

When someone wants a car at 7pm on a Tuesday, what happens?

Question 03 of 04 · what you have been offered so far

If you have had a proposal already, what did it look like?

Question 04 of 04 · the win

Ninety days from now, what would make this a good decision?

What you just told us, and why it happens

Most of that is the platform model working as designed.

None of this is about one supplier. It is how the dealer-platform model is built to work, and it is the reason we built Orriq the other way round.

Lock-in

The site is theirs, not yours

Built on a proprietary platform. When the contract ends, the site, the content and often the search rankings go with it. Every renewal is negotiated from a weak position.

Per-feature pricing

£75 a month for a reviews widget

Reservations, finance forms, reviews, personalisation and an EV calculator each carry their own monthly line. A dealer site can end up with six or seven monthly lines before a single brand integration is priced.

24-month terms

Two years before you can leave

A long contract protects the supplier, not the dealer. If the site underperforms in month four, you are still paying in month twenty.

Change requests

A ticket, a queue, a quote

Moving a button or adding a page goes through an account manager, then a developer you never meet. Small changes take weeks and often cost extra.

Templates

Every dealer looks the same

One theme, hundreds of dealers. The family story, the four showrooms and sixty-seven years of history end up in a sidebar block that every other dealer also has.

Data

Your enquiries, their database

Leads, visitor behaviour and stock history live in the platform. Want them in your own CRM or to see how people actually use the site? That is another module.

Orriq: you own the code and the domain, everything is included, 12 months then rolling, changes go to the people who built it, and every enquiry and click lands in a CRM you control.

What we noticed from the outside

Six things a customer sees on murleyauto.co.uk today.

We have not spoken to your team, so this is purely a customer’s view of the public site. Four showrooms, four brands, a family business since 1959, and the site tells almost none of that story.

01

Tell the family story

Sixty-seven years in Warwickshire barely appears. The homepage is manufacturer promotions first, Murley second.

02

One hero, not four

Four brands compete for the same space. A single opening moment for the group, with the brands underneath, reads better and sells more.

03

A monthly price on every car

Used cars show a price but no monthly figure. Customers shop by the monthly, so every vehicle should carry an illustration.

04

Book a service online

There is no way to book a service or MOT online, which most of the trade now offers.

05

Proper model pages

The brand sections are stock lists. There is no depth on the models, so people leave to the manufacturer site to learn about the car.

06

Photos and the wordmark

Thirty-four cars in stock have no photographs, and the logo does not carry the weight of the name. We drew a new wordmark to show what it could be.

Already built

Service 01 · the website. Built before the meeting.

Not a design mockup. A working site built from your public stock and model range, on the same URLs as today so nothing is lost in search when it switches over. Real stock feeds, finance and bookings connect in week one.

Service and MOT booking

One hero for the group.

  • The page opens on a showroom video that plays as you scroll, then settles into the search
  • Four showrooms and their numbers in the top bar, always visible
  • Family story, reviews and brand range beneath, in that order
  • Book a service from anywhere on the site

Every car, every site, one search.

  • 122 used and 13 new-in-stock vehicles with photos and filters
  • Free-text search that understands plain English (next slide)
  • Filter by showroom so Stratford customers see Stratford cars first
  • Sort by price, age, mileage or monthly

A monthly figure on every car.

  • PCP illustration on each listing, live from the finance provider once connected
  • Reserve for a deposit, apply for finance, part exchange, book a test drive
  • “Where to see it” with the real showroom photo and directions
  • Similar cars and the same model new

Depth for every model you sell.

  • 23 model pages across Suzuki, Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery
  • Trims, specs, gallery, offers and the current campaign
  • Links straight to the matching stock at each site
  • Manufacturer offers updated quarterly as part of the plan

Would an EV save you money?

  • Four questions: miles, current car, charging mix, then pick the e-Vitara, Omoda E5 or Jaecoo E5
  • Live results: annual fuel against charging, pence per mile, five-year view, CO₂
  • Ends on an enquiry for the exact car they chose
  • Usually a paid extra on dealer platforms. Included here.

Booked without a phone call.

  • Service and MOT booking for all four sites
  • Registration, preferred date, courtesy car, collection
  • Lands in the workshop inbox and your CRM the moment it is sent
  • Reminder texts and emails as an option
Try it · live demo

Search the way people actually talk.

Type what a customer would say at the desk. The site turns it into the right filters. Dealer platforms sell this as a headline feature. Ours is on the staging site today, included.

Service 02 of 05 · AI reception

The phone answered at 7pm, and on a busy Saturday.

Every dealership loses calls when the showroom is busy or closed. An AI agent sits on each showroom line for overflow and out of hours. It knows the live stock, quotes a monthly, books a test drive or a service slot, and hands a structured lead to the right salesperson by morning.

  • Answers in Murley’s name, on your existing numbers, only when nobody picks up
  • Every call recorded, transcribed and summarised against the customer
  • Service bookings go straight into the workshop diary
  • You hear the calls. Nothing is sent to a customer without a human seeing it first
Example · 7:12pm, Tuesday
“Hi, is the grey Jaecoo 7 still available and what would it be a month?”
“It is, at Stratford. On a typical PCP with a 10% deposit it illustrates around £389 a month. Would you like to see it tomorrow? I can book a test drive at 10 or 2.”
“Two would be good.”
“Booked for 2pm tomorrow at Stratford. You will get a text to confirm.”

Service 03 of 05 · social & video marketing

TikTok and Meta, done properly, and measured.

Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery expect their dealers to be active on short-form video. We plan, shoot and publish the content at your showrooms and run the paid campaigns, with tracking wired to the site so a lead is attributed to the post that started it.

Plan

A monthly content calendar per brand and showroom, signed off by you.

Shoot

Filmed on site: walkarounds, arrivals, handovers, the family and the team.

Run

Meta and TikTok campaigns on stock and offers. Ad spend is yours and stays in your accounts.

Measure

Pixel and conversions API set up so enquiries and bookings are attributed, not guessed.

An alternative to hiring for the role: no salary, no recruitment, and it can stop on a month’s notice.

Service 04 of 05 · leads & CRM

Every enquiry in one place, with a name against it.

Web forms, phone agent, reservations, finance applications and service bookings land in one view with the source, the showroom and who is following up. If you already run a dealer CRM, we feed it instead of replacing it.

  • Lead status per enquiry: new, contacted, test drive, sold, lost
  • Works alongside your existing dealer management system and Auto Trader
  • One monthly report: enquiries, test drives, bookings, spend, what to change
  • Your data, in your account, exportable any time

Service 05 of 05 · tracking & heatmaps

See what visitors actually do on every page.

Our own tracker, built into the CRM. Where people click, how far they scroll, which cars they linger on, where they rage-click and give up. No cookies, no personal data, nothing typed into a form is ever recorded.

Click heatmaps

Which buttons, cars and links get attention, and which never do.

Scroll depth

How far down a model page or listing people really get.

Session journeys

Search → car → finance → enquiry, or where they dropped out.

Monthly report

Pageviews, sessions, bookings, frustration points and what we changed.

Two people

The people in this meeting build it. No hand-off.

Owned at launch

Repository, domain and data in Murley’s name.

Close · the questions you should ask us

Things dealers ask before they say yes.

Tap any of them. If yours is not here, ask it now.

“We’re already talking to another supplier.”

Good. Compare the two on the things that matter: who owns the site, what the term is, what is a monthly extra, and how long until it is live. We have built ours already, so you are comparing a finished site against a proposal.

“It costs more up front than a platform site.”

It can. The difference is what the monthly buys. Platform sites tend to start low and grow a line at a time: reviews, finance forms, reservations, personalisation, each brand. Ours is one fixed build, one flat monthly, everything included, and you own it. Put any quote you have into the cost slide and we will look at it together over the term you would actually sign.

“You’re two people. What if something happens to you?”

That is the strongest reason to own the site. It is standard code in a repository in Murley’s name, on hosting you can move, with documentation. Any competent developer can pick it up. A platform site cannot leave the platform.

“What about the Suzuki, Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery integration?”

In practice a brand integration is model, offer and warranty content plus a stock feed. We take the offers from each dealer portal quarterly, pull stock from Auto Trader Connect or your DMS, and show finance from your provider. All four brands are included in the plan, not priced separately.

“What about the manufacturers’ brand standards?”

Brand pages follow each manufacturer’s identity guidelines, and the site is built so the brand sections can be updated without touching the rest. If a brand mandates a specific tool for finance or stock, we connect to it rather than fight it.

“We need it live quickly.”

Four weeks from a yes, and the first two are mostly waiting on stock feed access and photography. The site itself already exists.

“What if it doesn’t work?”

You are on a 12-month plan, not a long tie-in, and you own the site either way. Heatmaps and the monthly report show exactly what visitors do, so we fix what is not working rather than guess. If we cannot hit the four-week launch we agreed, the build is on us.

“Who owns the photos, the content, the domain?”

Murley. All of it, from day one. We host it and keep it running; we never hold it.

Next steps

Say yes in principle,
and we connect the real stock this week.

1

Pick an option. We send the one-page agreement and the 20% deposit invoice.

2

You give us access to the stock feed and finance provider. We book the photographer.

3

Four Fridays later, murleyauto.co.uk is the site you saw today, with your real cars in it.
